All sites require servicing, and we are able to liaise, manage and co-ordinate between various service providers and developers, thus allowing developers time and resources to concentrate on the many other aspects of a busy project.

It is our belief that any work that requires excavation is a relatively high risk operation from both a health and safety point of view and from one of the potential for delays. We are able to obtain drawings from the many utilities companies with apparatus under our roads and footways, and we always recommend that this is done as early as possible in the project, so that their presence can be factored into the design and construction.

Behind the temporary fencing, a green kiosk can just be seen. This is within the proposed entrance to a new site. Due to problems tracing its owner, it took nearly 18 months to have this relocated, and receive confirmation that the cables entering and leaving it were no longer at risk from the proposed new site entrance.
